Welcome to AUFC Academy.

Football has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I am incredibly proud to be the Manager of Aylesbury United Football Club. For me, football is about much more than winning matches—it's about developing people, creating opportunities, and building a strong club culture that everyone can be proud of.

One of my biggest passions is player development. I firmly believe that every player, regardless of age or experience, has the potential to improve and achieve their goals when given the right environment, support, and guidance. That philosophy sits at the heart of everything we do at Aylesbury United.

The Academy is a vital part of our club's future. I am committed to creating a clear pathway for young players to progress, develop their skills, and ultimately represent the first team. Watching young footballers grow in confidence, ability, and character is one of the most rewarding aspects of the game, and I take great pride in helping them on that journey.

As a club, we want to be known for our hard work, professionalism, and community spirit. We strive to create an environment where players, coaches, supporters, and families all feel connected and valued. Together, we are building something special—developing the next generation of talent while maintaining the proud traditions of Aylesbury United.
